CARGO POLICY
Your orders will be submitted to cargo within 2 – 3 working days following the moment we receive your payment. Please note that delays may occur due to the national and religious holidays.
The time of delivery will be commenced on the next working day following your order issued after 18.00 pm or weekend.
The process of your order will start after we receive your confirmation e-mail for your order.
For the easy delivery of DHL or Yurtiçi Kargo please state your number
At the moment of the delivery of your cargo to the courier you will get your track number. Please note that you will receive a tracking number from Yurtiçi Kargo for your internal and DHL Cargo for your international deliveries. You can easily follow the status of delivery by clicking this tracking number.
For avoiding any complications, please open and check the product along with the cargo officer at the moment of the delivery. If the product is damaged in cargo, you need to return the product by drafting a record with the cargo officer present with you.
International Orders
For your international orders please enter the international address to delivery section.
Cargo fee will be automatically calculated when you enter the receipt address according to the product that you have bought.
Custom expenses shall be borne on buyer.
Please note that only cash payment is accepted for door payment requests.
